Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• School-based OT experience is required
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Confident working independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Current CSA (Credentialing and Security Authorization) on file or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to address students’ needs within the academic environment
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert recommendations in support of student goals
• Adjust interventions as needed, providing ongoing evaluation throughout the school year
