Dedicated Team Class A CDL Drivers

We are currently recruiting Class A CDL drivers for a high-efficiency, dedicated team lane operating out of Ogden, UT. This position is engineered for max mileage efficiency—hauling pre-loaded 53' dry van freight to Indiana, Tennessee, and Texas. With 100% drop-and-hook freight, drivers spend minimal time idle and maximum time earning.

We accept both pre-matched teams and individual drivers who require a co-driver pairing.

Pay Scale & Output

Average Earnings: $2,238 weekly per driver

Top Earning Potential: $2,583+ weekly per driver

Annual Salary Potential: $116,000 to $134,000+

CPM Schedule: $0.28 to $0.395 CPM per driver (commensurate with experience)

Weekly Mileage: Averaging ~6,000 combined miles per week

Operations & Home Time

Freight Handling: 100% Drop & Hook (No touch)

Lanes: Ogden to IN, TN, and TX loops

Home Time Schedule: 34-hour home reset guaranteed every week (typically starting Sunday evening)

Truck Parking: Trucks remain parked at Ogden or West Valley terminal yards during home resets

Requirements

Hiring Zone: Must reside within 150 miles of Ogden, UT. Established teams must live within 50 miles of each other.

Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 6 months.

Safety & Licensing: Valid CDL-A, current DOT Medical Card, and a clean MVR.

Screening: Must clear pre-employment DOT drug testing (both hair and urine).
