Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30–4:00 PM
Program: Youth Soccer Development

Hourly Rate: $25-$35 (based on experience)

MASI Sports Academy is looking for a knowledgeable, energetic, and dependable Soccer Coach to help middle school students develop their soccer skills, confidence, and love for the game.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands soccer, enjoys teaching young athletes, and wants to make a positive impact beyond the field. Whether you're an experienced coach, a former high school or college player, a club soccer athlete, or an experienced player ready to transition into coaching, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Lead engaging soccer practices focused on ball control, passing, dribbling, shooting, defending, positioning, and game awareness.
• Plan structured activities, skill-building drills, and small-sided games appropriate for middle school students.
• Help players improve their technical skills, decision-making, confidence, and teamwork.
• Create a positive, organized, and inclusive environment for students with varying levels of experience.
• Reinforce sportsmanship, accountability, discipline, and respect.
• Track attendance, monitor participation, and communicate with the Program Manager.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow all program policies and supervision requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated soccer knowledge through playing, coaching, training, or related experience.
• Ability to demonstrate or explain soccer fundamentals and lead organized practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage middle school students.
• Dependability, initiative, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Availability Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30–4:00 PM for the full program schedule.
• Ability to complete required background clearance before working with students.

Preferred, but not required:

• Previous youth soccer coaching experience.
• High school, college, club, or competitive soccer playing experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification or recognized soccer coaching credentials.
• Experience in youth development, mentoring, or character education.

Compensation:

Hourly compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and the scope of the position. Pay details will be discussed during the hiring process.
