As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Technology department supporting multiple Agile technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (MarTech)Location: Baltimore, MDPay Range: $73-75/hr depending on years of experienceWhat's the Job?Lead delivery, coordination, and execution of marketing technology initiatives across multiple Agile teams. Provide program-level oversight and facilitate communication between technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure successful project completion within scope and timeline. Manage project budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial tracking to optimize project delivery. Support Agile delivery processes, including Kanban and Scrum methodologies, and monitor project health and dependencies.What's Needed?7+ years of Project or Program Management experience within enterprise technology environments. Experience working in Asset Management industry Experience with Marketing Technology such as Adobe, Google, ect Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives. Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Rally. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.
