For new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience, our nine-month Nurse Residency Program offers structured guidance and added support as you begin your career in rehabilitation nursing. With extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, focused education, and an evidence-based project, the program sets you up for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
