Registered Nurse In The Er
Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the ER, where you'll provide critical care in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide emergency care to patients in a combined adult and pediatric setting
- Administer medications and manage IVs, including continuous sedation and vasopressors
- Interpret dysrhythmias and manage arterial lines
- Perform triage and isolation precautions as needed
- Work night shifts and be available for every other weekend
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What We Need To See
- Active RN license in California
- Current ACLS, BLS, CPI, and PALS certifications
- At least 3 years of ER experience
- Proficiency in using Epic software
- Experience in a general emergency department
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Experience in a non-trauma emergency department
- Experience in a pediatric emergency department
- Certification from a STEMI certified facility
- Ability to interpret dysrhythmias
