Overview Drive day-to-day coordination across the organization to keep operations running efficiently Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities for leadership Prepare communications, documents, and presentations as needed Coordinate travel, including booking flights and accommodations Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and key initiatives Keep systems, files, and confidential information organized and up to date
