$200,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

Director of Finance | Southern California | $200k–$240k + Bonus

We're working with a leading construction company in Southern California that’s been building the region's infrastructure for over a century — and they’re hiring a Director of Finance to help lead their next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role with a clear path of growth.

What You’ll Own:

Full-cycle financial oversight: from monthly closes and IFRS/GAAP reporting to budgeting, cash forecasting, and audits
Lead and mentor a 2–7 person accounting team
Partner directly with the CFO on strategic financial initiatives and reporting to the parent company
Oversee consolidated financials, support tax filings, and maintain strong internal controls

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience, including leadership roles
Background in civil construction
Strong command of GAAP , IFRS , and operational finance
ERP experience (JDE preferred, but open to others)
Proven success in audit, forecasting, and building or leading teams
