Patient Services Rep I

Children's Hospital Los Angeles

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Purpose Statement/Position Summary The Patient Services Rep I provides patient-families with a positive experience at CHLA by performing clerical tasks primarily associated with answering incoming calls, registration, and patient check-in/out procedures, collection of patient co-pay or deductibles, scheduling and verifying patient appointments. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a medical front office setting. Basic knowledge of computers, filing and organizational skills. Ability to deal effectively with the public. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English/Spanish. Education/Licensure/Certifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
