We're growing, and we're looking to add an experienced family law paralegal to the team.This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with one of our attorneys and manage a caseload from the first filing through resolution. Our attorneys work in small teams, so you'll have a discovery specialist and a financial analyst supporting the cases you're on.You won't be doing everything yourself, and you won't be spread thin across a dozen attorneys. You'll own your cases and have people alongside you.Most of our clients are going through one of the hardest stretches of their lives, and the paralegal on the case is often the person who keeps them informed and keeps things moving. That matters to us, and we're looking for someone it matters to as well.What you'll do:Manage family law cases alongside your attorney, from intake through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, financial statements, and client correspondencePrepare and organize discovery, exhibits, and case filesKeep clients updated and keep the attorney ahead of deadlinesMaintain matters and case files in ClioTrack court deadlines and filing requirements
