Perform comprehensive evaluations of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing standardized assessments and observational strategies.

Create tailored treatment strategies targeting both immediate and long-term goals related to communication, cognition, or swallowing.

Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions emphasizing communication, language, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing proficiency.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise cohesive care plans.

Provide educational resources to patients and families, promoting progress beyond clinical settings.

Participate in periodic inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, guaranteeing seamless care along the treatment continuum.

Maintain accurate records in alignment with organizational, state, and federal documentation standards.

Engage in ongoing education and professional networking to remain current with field advancements.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if the ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Must achieve Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment for diverse age groups, fully equipped with a strong understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exemplary interpersonal communication for establishing rapport with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to customize therapy techniques for varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation processes.
