NYC ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - LANDLORD-TENANT LITIGATION

Job Description Outerbridge Law P.C. is seeking a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney to join our New York City practice. The ideal candidate is intelligent, dependable, and capable of managing assignments independently with minimal supervision.This position requires regular in-person court appearances throughout all five boroughs of New York City. Responsibilities Appear in Housing Court and other courts throughout all five boroughs Handle landlord-tenant and housing litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, affirmations, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, conferences, and trials Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Manage deadlines and assigned matters independently Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients Qualifications Admission to the New York State Bar and good standing Minimum 3 years of experience in Landlord-Tenant matters. Landlord-tenant or housing litigation experience strongly preferred Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Ability to exercise sound judgment and work with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and case-management skills Must live within reasonable commuting distance of New York City Must be available for full-time employment and able to begin promptly Must be willing and able to appear in person in all five boroughs Company Description Established in 2019, Outerbridge Law P.C. is a thriving landlord-tenant, real estate and immigration firm located in the heart of midtown, in New York City.
