A valid driver’s license Three years of experience in residential mowing and a desire to be mentored and directed by our operations manager Ability to efficiently and safely operate and maintain a truck/trailer combo and an Exmark walk-behind mower Experience reading landscape designs In This Job, You’ll Set The Standard By Reviewing daily and weekly work to prepare for the current work at hand Assuring mowing equipment, tools and trucks are kept clean and organized Coordinating and communicating work with our customers, considering their individual needs and site conditions to provide professionally manicured yards Taking responsibility for the quality, productivity and efficiency of your team Maintaining accurate paperwork for job tracking Overseeing the team’s work, providing additional instructions and training to other team members to assure the highest quality work is completed in a professional and efficient manner We Offer Our Maintenance Foreman/team Leads Competitive pay with a range based on experience Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid time off Weekday work hours Opportunities to advance #J-18808-Ljbffr Seiler's Landscaping
