CNC Route Operator - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:• Job Title: CNC Router Operator• Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$23.00/Hour• Location: Rogers, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:• Good communication skills.• Self-Starter.• Good organizational skills• Ability to read a tape measure.• Drive to get things done in the most efficient manner possible• Must be aggressive and flexible.• Must be able to lift 50 -75 pounds.• Previous CNC Machine experience a plus.• Previous architectural metal background a plus.• Must be experienced in a shop type environment.Duties and Responsibilities:• Communicate with the plant manager throughout the day regarding what needs to be routed.• Route all assigned jobs.• Monitor all aspects of machine operation.• Setup router based on material and part requirements.• Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations.• Check part dimensions against prints for accuracy.• Other duties as assigned.Discover Award Staffing:At Award Staffing, we believe that work should be more than just a paycheck-it should inspire, empower, and create a sense of purpose.
