Are you an experienced UKG systems expert looking for a high-impact, fully remote contract role? We are seeking a skilled UKG Time & Attendance Systems Analyst to join a dynamic workforce implementation team during a critical software rollout.

In this key technical role, you will leverage your expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) to translate functional business requirements into seamless system solutions. Working a convenient 4-day schedule (Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST), you will analyze business needs, configure and troubleshoot core UKG modules, validate system functionalities, and support end-to-end integration and testing workflows. Working collaboratively with cross-functional project leads, you will ensure the time and attendance solution aligns perfectly with corporate objectives. If you bring strong configuration capabilities, sharp analytical problem-solving skills, and a proven track record supporting UKG system implementations, this 6-month contract opportunity offers an ideal environment to apply your talent.

salary: $61.42 - $61.43 per hour

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Configure, analyze, troubleshoot, and validate UKG Workforce Management time and attendance modules to support enterprise software implementation and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain UKG WFM modules based on functional business requirements.

• Analyze complex operational needs and translate them into efficient UKG technical configurations.

• Perform system testing, integration validation, and end-to-end user acceptance workflows.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize UKG time and attendance system performance.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration and timekeeping systems.

• strong technical analysis, troubleshooting, and end-to-end system testing capabilities.

• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) and maintain full availability for M-Th working hours.
