Position: Payroll Coordinator
Duration: 26 Weeks (Possibility of extension and conversion based on performance and business needs)
Location: San Diego, CA (92111)
Schedule: Mon to Fri (7:30am-4:00pm)
Position Summary:
Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process paychecks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies. Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees. Education:

Position Summary:
Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process paychecks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies. Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees. Education:
- H.S Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
- 3 years of experience in employee payroll processing and reimbursements in compliance with all applicable Federal,
- Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types
- PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume healthcare environment
- Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 Reporting Requirements
- Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems (API experience is a plus)
