Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake an array of responsibilities that include:

• Facilitating crisis interventions during urgent situations to stabilize clients and connect them to immediate resources.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, the benefits package includes:
