Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients virtually through our telehealth platform. Our team thrives on collaboration, utilizing digital tools to coordinate care and support our clients effectively. The work schedule is structured, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to clients experiencing major mental health disorders and emotional challenges, using evidence-based practices to facilitate treatment.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals, contributing actively to case conferences and team meetings.

• Engage respectfully with a diverse clientele, adapting communication and therapeutic methods to address a wide range of cultural and contextual factors.

• Safeguard client welfare by identifying and addressing potential safety threats, following established protocols to maintain secure environments.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, developing integrated care plans that ensure seamless access to linked services, and maintaining communication with families and other providers.

• Manage a diverse caseload, implementing both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

• Support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts, providing timely and appropriate interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
