Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your critical responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention programs.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they align with the specific developmental needs of each child.
\n
• Monitoring and reviewing outcomes, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize service delivery.

• Providing ongoing support and counseling to families, equipping them with necessary skills and information to foster their child's development.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop rapport and deliver tailored support in natural learning environments.

• Assuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations to maintain high safety standards for clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on early childhood populations, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By implementing individualized support strategies, you will help these young clients achieve significant milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their formative years.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license.
