Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, coordinate, and implement customized support plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough interviews with service users to evaluate their current mental health status, including strengths and weaknesses, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies continuously based on each client’s evolving needs and feedback.

• Conduct crisis assessments and provide immediate interventions, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including attending case conferences and reporting on client status.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions, treatment progress, and case notes, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Guide clients to appropriate community resources and additional services to enhance their recovery process.

• Provide expert testimony in court when necessary, advocating for the best interests of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. You will encounter clients facing challenges such as trauma from neglect or abuse, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n
