Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students to determine their mental health needs, identify social determinants that may affect their well-being, and establish appropriate treatment goals.

• Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions to students dealing with various mental health and psychosocial issues, employing effective strategies to facilitate healing and growth.

• Lead group therapy sessions that address shared mental health challenges, fostering community support, psychoeducation, and empowerment among participants.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and utilize evidence-based interventions to track progress effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
