Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform individualized treatment plans and gather insights into each student's mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and administrators to develop integrated treatment plans that support the academic and emotional needs of students.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops targeting coping strategies, emotional regulation, and life skills for students and parents alike.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning in critical situations, ensuring student safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, promoting best practices in clinical record-keeping.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and strategize collaborative care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients served in this role are students within the school environment, ranging from elementary to high school age. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
