Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment strategies.

• Work collaboratively with students, families, and educational staff to design and implement individualized treatment plans that address unique challenges and cultural factors.

• Provide counseling in multiple formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Offer crisis intervention and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students experiencing acute distress receive appropriate support and resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and compliance standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation sessions for students and their families, equipping them with strategies to manage their mental health effectively.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations and adjust approaches as necessary to optimize patient care.

• Stay informed on the latest research, best practices, and trends in mental health to integrate innovative strategies into clinical practice.

• Adhere to ethical standards and regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

You will work primarily with students in K-12 educational settings, addressing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
