Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of students.

• Implement therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, grounded in best practices.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions aligned with each student's circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to support students in urgent situations.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions in line with legal and ethical standards to support effective case management.

• Lead psychoeducational classes and support group sessions, fostering a sense of community among students dealing with similar issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
