Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering pertinent information related to clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and resources for support.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, setting clear goals and several therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure streamlined and coordinated care for your clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to respond effectively to clients in distress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to foster community and shared experiences.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all records.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus.
