Work Environment\n

This position is executed in a remote work setting, enabling flexibility and a comfortable environment for our clinicians and clients alike. You will work Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address any concerns, and discuss upcoming appointments, discharging clients when they reach therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on each client’s needs, ensuring they reflect a person-centered approach.

• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client encounter, utilizing our electronic health records system for accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and maximize therapeutic outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a varied outpatient population, providing psychotherapy services that cater to a range of mental health issues affecting both children and adults. Your role is vital in empowering clients to achieve personal growth, emotional stability, and improved mental health in a less restrictive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary to adequately support client needs.

• Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and our practice management software, PIMSY, is essential.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families in diverse contexts would be beneficial.

• Additional certifications or areas of study related to trauma-informed care, family therapy, or cognitive-behavioral therapy are highly regarded.
