Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documenting essential client information, services rendered, client interactions, and progress tracking.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress consistently, adjusting rehabilitation strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide ongoing support to clients as they participate in job training or occupational placement programs, addressing any barriers that may arise promptly.

• Engage with clients' families to facilitate support networks that can enhance client care and recovery.
