This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional environment. Our standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with no required evening or weekend shifts, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients through regular telehealth sessions, building positive therapeutic relationships that facilitate trust and engagement.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive background information and clarify your clients' mental health challenges and goals.

• Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, ensuring that client progress is reviewed consistently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client, including treatment notes and progress reports, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Welkins Mind Healthcare, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 yearly, reflecting your skills and experience.
