Work Environment\n

This position operates remotely, allowing our team to maintain flexibility while serving our clients. As a member of our outpatient office, you will engage in a dynamic team-oriented atmosphere where open communication and support are paramount. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured workday that maximizes your time and efficiency without sacrificing work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical interventions for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in-office and within community settings.

• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned to ensure continuous support for clients outside of regular program hours.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
