Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their current emotional state, needs, and support systems.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to individual clients, setting measurable goals and expected outcomes.

• Implement support strategies that may involve crisis intervention, counseling, and engagement with family members as appropriate.

• Monitor clients’ progress through regular follow-ups and modify treatment plans based on observed developments and client feedback.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all client interactions, including treatment plans and progress reports.

• Participate in case reviews and contribute insights during case conferences, and testify in court proceedings when required.

• Actively refer clients to community resources, such as support groups and services, to promote their holistic recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure integrated care pathways for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
