While the primary responsibilities are conducted from the comfort of your own home, our LCSWs also benefit from being part of a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations using recognized tools, including the DSM, to inform individualized care plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans based on patient needs that take into account cultural diversity and specific challenges faced by patients and families.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to address mental health challenges, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust strategies in collaboration with patients.
\n
• Maintain organized and accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and care outcomes in line with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
\n
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to mental health treatment, facilitating seamless referrals and collaboration.

• Actively engage with patients and their families, providing education on mental health issues and supporting their journey through the treatment process.
\n
• Mentor and supervise social work students or interns, as well as collaborate on training initiatives to support their professional development.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical processes and patient care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We are also pleased to offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new members to our team.
