Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates within a remote setting, giving you the flexibility needed to manage your work-life balance while providing essential services to students in schools. Our typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but some evening and weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with students from diverse backgrounds, assessing and diagnosing mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans to address issues related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources to implement interventions that facilitate healthy emotional and psychological development among students.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to deliver impactful counseling sessions, representing the organization’s clinical standards.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and professional ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and strategies that advance treatment goals and outcome measures for both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Contribute to community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of mental health resources available and how they can benefit families in need.
