Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address diverse therapeutic needs.

• Document all client interactions promptly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained according to the clinic's standards.

• Utilize a third-party billing service that efficiently handles claims and client accounts to allow you to focus on therapy and client care.
\n
• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments through an organized calendar system, ensuring clients receive appropriate follow-up care.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches to effectively support clients displaying a range of clinical presentations and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves individuals and couples from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing different psychological and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an independent LCSW license and possess a deep understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a cooperative team member.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least 2 evenings, is essential for candidate consideration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
