Work Environment\n

This role is situated within a remote setting, allowing for flexible engagement from the comfort of your chosen workspace while connecting with our hospice center staff. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, which includes educators, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to each student's care. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend duties as required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of students, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize emotional well-being and successful integration into the school community.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for conditions such as ASD, ADHD, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to foster emotional regulation and effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and families, establishing a network of support for each student.

• Offer crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate responses to urgent needs.

• Educate students and their families about mental health issues and available resources, promoting mental health literacy and engagement.

• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring effective communication across all parties involved.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss progress, share insights, and continue professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students with diverse special needs, including those diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and various emotional difficulties. The goal is to empower these young individuals by providing specialized care, encouraging personal development, and ensuring their emotional and behavioral needs are met in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students and families.

• Proficient in assessing mental health conditions and developing effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Although two years of post-licensure experience in a similar role is preferred, we welcome candidates who are passionate about mental health and have relevant training or experience in pediatric or school-based social work. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be beneficial for maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
