Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Synergetic Counseling, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical services aimed at addressing the unique mental health needs of your clients. Specific duties include:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions that include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the individual preferences and needs of clients.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records that adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Participating in regular case review meetings, fostering an environment of shared learning and improvement through peer consultations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
