This role primarily operates in a remote capacity, providing flexibility to our Licensed Clinical Social Workers while maintaining close connections with school staff and families. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities to support mental wellness.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.

• Collaborating with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to create an integrated support system for students, contributing towards a holistic approach to their education and well-being.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously enhance treatment strategies and outcomes.
\n
• Providing education and resources to families regarding mental health issues, ensuring they are informed of treatment options and community resources beneficial to their child.

• Staying current with advancements and research in mental health practices to ensure the delivery of effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school levels, addressing a myriad of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Your focus will be on establishing trust and developing strong therapeutic relationships that foster engagement and positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a professional setting, preferably with a background in school social work or child and adolescent therapy.

• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and a variety of therapeutic techniques that are patient-centered.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with students and families effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
