Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, utilizing established methods such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to create tailored treatment plans that embrace cultural diversity and meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.

• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, employing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic strategies to support positive mental health outcomes.

• Document and maintain precise treatment records and reports using modern technology in compliance with organizational regulations, ensuring timely data entry and data integrity.

• Collaborate with patients and relevant stakeholders to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that prioritize desired outcomes and actively involve patients in their care journey.

• Facilitate appropriate referrals and coordinate discussions between patients and treatment providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

• Provide mentorship and education to students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing their professional skills and knowledge in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
