Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family counseling, employing established evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to school-age children.

• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other health professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each student's educational and emotional needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to students facing acute mental health challenges, facilitating timely referrals to relevant resources and support.

• Document patient interactions and care plans accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that records reflect the therapeutic progress and any relevant changes in treatment goals.

• Participate actively in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions designed to enhance clinical skills, share best practices, and ensure exceptional patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse group of students facing varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
