About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Industry with a focus on Financial Services, FinTech, Gaming & Betting, and Technology. This role is pivotal in owning and driving the commercial relationships within these high-growth verticals. The successful candidate will be a sector specialist with a deep understanding of the industries, including regulatory landscapes, compliance constraints, and media buying dynamics. Responsibilities include defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline, and delivering on annual revenue targets. The role demands a strategic vision to develop long-term, high-value partnerships and the ability to operate at the C-suite and VP level, serving as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller. Key requirements for this role at the company include a minimum of 12 years' of senior commercial experience, a proven track record in closing large, complex partnership deals, and a strong network of senior relationships within the specified sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, particularly in the context of the financial, gaming, and technology industries. Essential skills include excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation abilities. The role also requires a working knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in advertising, as well as the credibility to engage with VP and C-level clients. A genuine interest in motorsport and high-performance automotive culture is highly valued, as is experience in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
