Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, assessing their commercial insurance needs, and ensuring they have the appropriate coverage.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, inquiries, renewals, and policy changes.
Assist clients with determining appropriate coverage for their commercial insurance needs, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Property Insurance, and more.
Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring all products and services meet the client's unique needs.
Process renewals, endorsements, and claims documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Conduct periodic reviews of clients' insurance programs to ensure adequate coverage and stay ahead of policy expiration dates.
Collaborate with internal teams and underwriters to address and resolve client concerns or questions.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
Assist in identifying growth opportunities with existing accounts and support business development efforts as needed.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Prior experience in an account management or client-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Active Insurance Producer License is required (or willingness to obtain).
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies, including risk assessment and market placement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and team members.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in problem-solving.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
