Operations Coordinator

Job Description

• Manage and prioritize a queue of customer and operational cases.

• Investigate, document, and coordinate resolution activities across internal teams and third-party partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, customer care teams, and operational partners.

• Track case progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and provide status updates.

• Maintain accurate records in case management systems and supporting tools.

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through timely communication and issue resolution.

• Work independently to identify, prioritize, and execute daily workload.

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations support, customer care, case management, project coordination, service delivery, or related fields.

• Experience working in ticket-based or case management environments.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously.

• Strong follow-through and accountability.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/case management systems. - Telecommunications, broadband, cable, utilities, or technology industry experience.

• Experience supporting operational workflows, escalations, or service delivery teams.

• Background in customer success, project coordination, service operations, workforce management, or technical support.

• Salesforce or case management platform experience.

• Experience working with external vendors or business partners.
