Job Title: Training Facilitator The Training Facilitator will support the onboarding, training, and development of production employees within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring new hires are properly trained on safety procedures, quality standards, manufacturing processes, and equipment operation before working independently on the production floor. The Training Facilitator will deliver both classroom and hands‑on training while coaching employees to become productive, safe, and successful team members. Responsibilities Support the onboarding, training, and development of production employees. Ensure new hires are trained on safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing processes. Deliver both classroom and hands‑on training sessions. Coach employees to enhance productivity, safety, and success. Facilitate workshops and group learning sessions. Provide training on equipment operation. Essential Skills Experience in training and coaching within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment. Safety training and compliance knowledge. Ability to conduct classroom‑style training sessions. Proficiency in delivering hands‑on practical training. Strong classroom facilitation and communication skills. 4-7 years of experience in training employees. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in facilitating workshops and group learning sessions. Ability to teach employees with varying experience levels. Confidence in presenting to groups. Manufacturing or production experience. Work Environment This role operates within a manufacturing environment, requiring familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment. The Training Facilitator will engage in both classroom and hands‑on training, promoting a culture of safety and quality. The position demands a proactive approach to coaching and development, ensuring all employees are equipped to work safely and effectively on the production floor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
