HR Operations Manager

Owning the HR systems and compliance infrastructure, the full-time remote HR Operations Manager will manage HRIS administration, data governance, and benefits programs while ensuring multi-jurisdictional legal compliance across the US and EU. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS, overseeing configuration, workflow design, and system upgrades Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data governance and manage employee benefits and leave programs Monitor compliance with US and EU employment laws, including policy updates and required workplace postings Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HRIS administration and employment compliance Working knowledge of US federal and state employment law; familiarity with UK and/or German employment law preferred Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, UKG, Workday, or similar) required Experience managing Employer of Record arrangements for international employees preferred
