Winter Bill Rate Increase The winter bill rate increase will be effective from October 4, 2026, through February 27, 2027. After February 27, 2027, the bill rate will automatically return to the standard rate. Please note that cancellations due to the rate change after signature will result in a systemwide DNR (Do Not Return). Please reach out to the AM with any questions.
