Position Summary

Are you a hospitality leader who loves creating memorable guest experiences? Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor and help lead our front-of-house crew aboard our scenic passenger vessel. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while supporting a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support front-of-house staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Oversee food and beverage service while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction standards.
• Train and develop team members on exceptional service, cleanliness, and safety practices.
• Monitor sales, inventory, guest feedback, and operational performance.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Partner with management to improve service, performance, and profitability.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Support daily cruise execution and complete additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of guest service supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• SERV Safe and TIPS certifications preferred/required for the role.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant technology.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

The Experience

This isn't your typical restaurant leadership role. Work aboard a moving vessel while guiding a team that creates unforgettable moments for guests enjoying the city skyline. The role requires comfort standing for extended periods, navigating stairs and multiple decks, lifting up to 40 pounds, working in changing weather conditions, and completing vessel safety and emergency training.
