Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist ENG - Interfell (Remote)

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing global technology talent pipelines. This role supports clients in building high-performing engineering and IT teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a strong candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements Source and identify qualified technical talent globally Conduct candidate screening interviews Evaluate technical background, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients Maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates Use multiple sourcing channels including professional networks and job boards Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries Provide candidates with role and company information Track candidate progress using ATS or CRM tools Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support offer negotiation and onboarding process Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs Requirements Experience recruiting technical roles Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms Experience recruiting for remote or international positions Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical roles Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM systems Experience coordinating technical interviews Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes Nice to Have Experience recruiting software engineering profiles Experience working with global clients Employer branding knowledge Experience building long-term talent pipelines Familiarity with developer communities Experience in fast-paced recruitment environments Soft Skills Strong communication skills Attention to detail Organization and time management Relationship-building skills Problem-solving mindset Proactive sourcing approach Results-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities Language Advanced English required Spanish required #J-18808-Ljbffr Simera
