Nurse Practitioner, Remote

Providing comprehensive and personalized primary care services remotely, the full-time Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual patient assessments and diagnose common illnesses and injuries Develop and implement treatment plans while educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress Required qualifications Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with active Board Certification by ANCC or AANP Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or family practice Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in at least 3 states, with a preference for TX, NC, MI, or NY At least 2 years of remote/hybrid independent virtual primary care experience is highly desired Bilingual English-Spanish fluency is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Teladoc Health, Inc.
