Our insurance agency is growing and we are looking to fill one position on our Inside Sales Team . We have offices in Union, MO, Washington, MO, and Crystal City, MO. This position will be in person at our Washington, MO location . We are looking for a professional committed to having value-added conversations with current clients. The right person will review a client's current insurance portfolio, and provide them with valuable feedback based on their current assets, future earnings, and risk tolerance. Leadership Path
Responsibilities- Talk to leads and clients over the phone.
- Develop insurance quotes using computer-based software.
- Complete multiple service transactions in one day.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to improving every day.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
- Establish relationships with clients and follow up as needed.
- Work as a team to hold yourself and others accountable to their goals.
- Work each day to hone your craft as an Insurance Inside Sales Representative.
- Must complete the personality assessment and problem solving quiz. We will not reach out for an interview until both are 100% complete.
- Must be coachable and able to follow directions.
- Must have a positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Must be able to talk on the phone, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be detail oriented.
- Must be able to handle multiple clients over the course of a day.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and ethical.
- Office experience or a client-facing background is a plus.
- Insurance experience preferred but not required.
Obtaining an insurance license will be required before starting and we can help provide you with inexpensive training materials.
