Responsibilities for Membership Services Representative
- :Handle inbound calls regarding insurance claims, address change, change of beneficiary, etc
- .Address and resolves member services inquiries through phone and emai
- lEducate prospective members on various product
- sAssist with data entry, managing the mail, and sending out letters to member
- sAssist with the system testing as neede
