This position operates within a remote framework, allowing flexibility in work hours to better accommodate our patients' needs. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status to understand their emotional, social, and behavioral functioning.

• Provide various therapeutic services, including psychotherapy, tailored towards patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions and culturally competent methodologies, addressing each patient’s unique needs.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans in response to patient feedback and clinical guidance.

As a LICSW with Guideline Therapy Services, you will primarily work with adults who are facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
